Public Works Department to take landlord to court

The public works department is heading to court on Monday over rent disputes with a landlord.

This is after the Bothongo Property Management Group locked some of its buildings early this week over rent arrears.

The property company says the department owes it more than R130-million.

But minister Patricia De Lille says they’ve been overcharged.
