New prosecution heads in Mpumalanga and Northern Cape

President Cyril Ramaphosa has appointed Directors of Public Prosecutions for the Northern Cape and Mpumalanga.
Starting from the 1 April, Advocate Nkebe Kanyane will head prosecutions in Mpumalanga, and Livingstone Sakata in the Northern Cape.
Ramaphosa says the appointments are part of efforts to strengthen the state’s capacity to fight crime.
Earlier this month, he appointed Directors of Public Prosecutions in the Free State, North West, and Western Cape.
