Job Description:
Maintaining an accurate growth chart per SME indicating areas of strength and weakness; and measuring the impact of the programme on each SMME.
Addressing areas of weakness indicated by the SME growth charts with suitable workshop sessions conducted by the Programme staff and Expert Facilitators.
Managing the activities of the Programme Production Facilitator and the Project Administrator to ensure effective delivery of services to the SMME’s. The objective of the programme is to focus on the BUSINESS GROWTH of the SMME’s, including:
Company Governance and Organisation
Business Concept and Product Development
Company Operations
Commercial Status
Assist SMME’s with Broadcaster, Funder and Content Buyer Negotiations from Pitching to final Delivery.
Seek content Opportunities for Programme Participants from Broadcasters, Funders and Content Buyers.
Managing and Fine tuning the Programme efficiencies in cooperation with the KZN HCD Manager.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
A Diploma / Degree in Project Management or Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager in the Film and Television industry
A minimum of 3 years experience in Incubation of Film Makers (SMME’s) in Film and Television value chain
