Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish policies and procedures for overseas investment projects development;
Develop and select overseas investment projects, organize the preparation of feasibility study reports for investment projects, and select relevant design and consulting agencies;
Conduct the country analysis of the investment environment, monitor the entire process of investment projects such as research in early-stage development , design of investment model, business negotiation, project financing, exit mechanism, and implementation management;
Responsible for asset management related work at post-investment stage, and implement risk control over the entire process of the project;
Responsible for building and maintaining business relations with domestic and overseas governments, agencies, partners, and other institutions.
Academic Requirement: Master’s degree or above
Major: Finance, Investment, or Power, Engineering related majors
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years work experience, at least 3 years experience in investment field in Africa;
Strong ability in project development, rich resource of overseas governments and investors, and with Africa-based work experience;
Experienced in infrastructure field, in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following sectors: power, transportation, ICT, and urban infrastructure; familiar with the state’s overseas investment policies, candidates who have successfully organized or participated in overseas project development in power, transportation, telecommunications, and other relevant sectors will be advantageous;
Excellent EXCEL skill in establishing models, strong ability in project evaluation and financial analysis, qualification of CFA/CPA is preferred;
Familiar with overseas project financing related work, with professional skills in preparing financing proposals;
Bilingual in Chinese and English as working languages, fluent French language skill will be an advantage;
Comfortable with working overseas or frequent overseas business travels, and be able to work independently under high pressure.
