Production Supervisor needed – Apply Now: salary R15 000 a month.

Full-time, Permanent: Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling, coordinating and executing daily tasks in line with the production schedule. Daily tasks may include: Checking of manufacturing rate. Inventory management (receipt and issuing of raw materials). Inspection of all production equipment for serviceability. Reporting all defects to buildings, production plant and other equipment. Monitoring of product quality. Optimizing personnel deployment and mentoring of assistant supervisors.

Health and safety: The Production Supervisor is the head of the first-response team. Managing of safety and accidents. Sanitation checks and reviewing all hazardous material requirements and practices. Discipline: Enforce all facility rules for all employees on the site. Skills. Strong manufacturing background. Proven leadership skills. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Strong math and computer skills are essential. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral, English and Afrikaans) are required. Extreme attention to detail is essential. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of Accounting/ ERP/MRP software a plus. Code B or C drivers license

Salary and Benefits: Total-Cost-to-Company of R10-15K per month including pension depending on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
