Document management version control within print cycles and lifecycle of product
Collating, compiling and maintaining product specific documents to the required standards within defined time-frames to the relevant stakeholders and relevant platforms
Works hand in hand with marketing to ensure product documentation design, layout and corporate identity is applied
Drafting and co-ordination of product specific business correspondence
Regularly review of business complaints and enquiries to identify trends and themes in relation to product misinterpretation
