One person died and agas explosionother was critically injured after a gas explosion in former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo‘s library complex in Abeokuta, local media has reported.

The explosion occurred in the main event centre of the complex as technicians were servicing air conditioning units.

It followed reports of similar incidents in Ogun state – where the library is located – within a week.

The Ogun State Commissioner of Police Edward Ajogun told journalists that they were investigating the four recent explosions.
