Police Minister Bheki Cele visits Soweto following violent clashes

The community of Kliptown in Soweto says the police station which is meant to serve them is not doing so.
Police Minister Bheki Cele is in Kliptown today after violent clashes in the area.

The community says their complaints are not being dealt with. Cele has promised the arrest of those accused of killing Kgomotso Diale within 48 hours.

Diale was shot and killed during violent clashes with alleged cable thieves in Kliptown on Monday.
