Western Cape officers allegedly charging for police escorts

Western Cape Police Oversight and Community Safety MEC Reagan Allen says no resident of the province should ever have to pay for the services of the SAPS.
This follows an incident that involved the Samora Machel and Langa police stations who notified members of the public they had to pay R75 for police escorts.
Allen says the mandate of SAPS is clear and it does not include communities paying for police services.
“I can confirm that the fee has been cancelled,” said Allen.

Nontle has been shot on Generations: The Legacy. The big question is, by whom? Her former cop stepdad, Dali, blames himself. However, it could have been the tsotsi who had tried to kill Dali.
