Gauteng police descended the streets of Randfontein as part of Operation O Kae Molao.

Earlier this week, police uncovered an alleged drug manufacturing den in the area.

Equipment and chemicals believed to be used in the production of mandrax were discovered.

Illegal mining also remains a thorn in the side for residents.
