CT woman dies in Plettenberg Bay shark attack
A Cape Town woman has died in a shark attack in Plettenberg Bay.
The National Sea Rescue Institute says the incident happened off Central Beach on Sunday morning.
When officials arrived on the scene, the 39-year-old woman’s body was recovered from the water.
The beaches have been closed to the public.
This is the second fatal shark attack in the area in the last three months.
