Farmers plead for relief following KZN floods

KwaZulu-Natal farmers say they need funding to get back on their feet.

The agricultural sector has lost millions in the past few months due to the floods in April, as well as the July unrest and Covid-19.

The Department of Agriculture held a summit to discuss ways to reduce the effects of future floods and to share plans to assist affected farmers.
