Gauteng: At 15H10 Sunday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to a plane crash on Windsor next to the Vaal River in Vanderbijlpark.
When medics arrived on the scene they found a light aircraft that had sustained substantial damage after it was alleged the plane hit wires.
An adult male. and females were found to have sustained serious injuries and were treated on scene by paramedics.
Once stabilized the male patient was flown by Netcare 911 helicopter to a specialist facility.
The adult female was treated and once stabilized transported to a local hospital.
