The KwaZulu-Natal Liquor Authority is suspending the license for a Pietermaritzburg tavern.
It was the scene of a shooting over the weekend in which four people were killed and seven more were wounded.
It is alleged two men driving a VW Polo stormed the tavern around 8:30 pm and opened fire on patrons.
The tavern owner has apologized to the victims’ families.
