Looking for the ideal candidate will be in charge of picking and packing of orders coming through the invoicing department. Communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in picking stocks, cross-checking orders, packing orders on a daily basis.
· working at a fast pace with daily deadlines
· Booking waybills online
· Liaising with couriers
· Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
· Interact on email and phone
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
· Work at a fast pace
· Attention to detail
The position requires a lot of learning to become independent in the role. Therefore the position starts at a low salary bracket of R6 000 per month gross until you prove yourself, after 3 months of successful growth and adding value to the company by working independently your salary will be adjusted to in line with market-related salaries of R7 000-R9 000 gross.
