It’s a double celebration for the Mthombenis as today marks their 2nd engagement anniversary and Liesl Laurie’s birthday. Taking to social media, Musa Mthombeni reminisced on the day he proposed marriage to his lover. He shared photos detailing how the event went; he also celebrated Liesl for her birthday.

F1- this is really more about showing you my back muscles than anything else. What a sexy man Liesl was shocked at how sexy I am. She chose well
F2-4 Liesl had no idea we were getting engaged. She thought I was taking her on a picnic using a helicopter like I’m a Succession character or something.
F5- before the ring came out, Liesl was doing her favorite thing. I was so nervous I couldn’t even eat. She kept forcing me to eat something coz I was making her feel guilty.
F6- it was time for the big show! Just like they do in American rom-com. One knee on the ground in the “Sgang” singing “I’m dangerously in love with you..”
F8- no day is complete without Liesl sleeping randomly in the middle of it like we’re at an R350 pm crèche after umdoko and 2 “sly”. The sheer weight of the ring on her chest needed me to resuscitate her later
F9- our relationship reveal. This was the first any of you found out I was jolling with my sexy baby girl Liesl. What a stunner.
