To assist the pharmacist with Centralized Chronic Medication Dispensing and Distribution (CCMDD) parcels according to the standard operating procedures and to perform pharmacy related administrative duties.
Qualifications
• Grade 12
Experience
• Administrative experience will be an advantage
Knowledge
• Familiar with operating procedures
Skills
•Computer literacy – MS Office skills,G Suite•Fluent in English as well as at least one other official language•Conflict/Problem resolution skills.•Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job objectives
Duties under direct supervision of a Pharmacist:• Receiving CCMDD parcels according to the manifests electronically and manually.• Open CCMDD consignments and pack parcels according to a system.• Hand out CCMDD parcels according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) electronically and manually.• Compile a spreadsheet for all parcels according to SOPs• Compile reports • Housekeeping
