Registration open for second Pfizer dose for 12 to 17-year-olds

Children aged 12 to 17 years old can now register for a Pfizer booster shot.

SMS messages have been sent to those who qualify for their second jab.

Those who received their first dose while they were 17 years old and have now turned 18, can now receive their second inoculation too.

In addition to this, the South African Health Products Regulator has also approved a third booster shot of the Pfizer vaccine for those 18 years and older.
