Job Objectives

Understand the as-is Marketing and Online Sales business and technology landscape of Clicks Map Marketing technology requirements to the business objectives of the Personalisation program Inform and inspire on the best-fit marketing platform or customized marketing solutions

Job-related knowledge and Experience

Deep knowledge on the Digital Marketing functional components like Customer Segmentation, Propensity scoring, Targeting and Campaign Management
Good understanding of database concepts, and customer data modelling
Experience in successfully designing and implementing Digital Marketing platform for multiple customers
Hands-on experience in one or more Digital Marketing Platforms – SAP, SFDC, MS Dynamics, Adobe per se
Ability to define the required tools/technologies to generate and monitor the required metrics to measure the Business KPIs defined for the Personalisation program.
