Responsibilities:

Designing solutions for customers from existing templates and solutions sets.

Implementing digital transformation technologies (Office 365, Azure).

Providing technical assistance for implementations across the digital transformation team.

Driving digital adoption (Office 365, SaaS).

Providing support to IT queries when required.

Assisting on the service desk when required.

Effective problem management by identifying root cause analysis and problem resolution.

Formulating best possible solution when faced with a disaster management situation.

Ensuring clients are satisfied with the product and value delivered.

Identifying opportunities for developing new projects, processes or templates in line with best practice.

Creating and maintaining accurate documentation and tooling (IT Glue, N Central, Autotask) in real-time.

Conducting monthly checks on backups at clients.

Candidate Requirements

Skills / Experience:

5+ years’ proven work experience as Technical Support Specialist or similar role.

Proven experience with strategic planning, problem-solving and supporting Microsoft environments.

Proven experience with Office 365, Active Directory, SQL, Azure and Microsoft Exchange.

Proven experience with installing, maintaining and troubleshooting networks LAN and wireless networks, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP.

Experience working with cloud-optimized networks, applications, and web services. This includes virtualization features, networking management, storage capabilities, and more.

Solid understanding of the ITIL Framework.

Experience working with a support ticketing system.

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

Hands-on experience with project management tools.

Experience in the following would be advantageous:

Experience with Autotask or N-able.

Microsoft Certified Professional – MCSE, MCSA.

Microsoft SharePoint, Teams implementation experience.

Sophos Certified Engineer.

Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist.

Mimecast certified.
