Buhera South member of parliament Joseph Chinotimba was recently in Dubai for an investment Summit.
When he came back he attended parliament clad in a full middle east outfit that took social media by frenzy.
But it’s not only that, but he was also filmed in Dubai wearing a full apostolic garment and performing some unknown ritual at some river in the middle east country.
