More than 400 people arrested in Cape Town

Over 400 people have been arrested in the past four days in Cape Town.

Police Minister Bheki Cele is in the city on Saturday evening, continuing the operation that started on Wednesday.

He was joined by more than 200 new police recruits and said a particular focus is gang violence.
