Penny Lebyane to take legal action against e.tv
Speaking to Pabi Moloi in a recent interview on Trending SA, Penny said that she was not to be silenced and was ready to fight the legal battle.
Penny Lebyane has decided to take legal action against e.tv after her unfair dismissal from the Sunrise breakfast show.

my contract came to an end, I was asked to stay longer, I needed it in writing – and this was two days before the contract ended – that was never given to me and it’s my right”
Penny went on to add that she had made her former employers aware that she was in contact with her lawyer “I told them I’m gonna consult the lawyer, I’m gonna consult a union, cause it’s my right to take that decision…”
