Pearl Modiadie’s post about ‘men’ divides the ladies and gents on Twitter

South African men felt the love from Pearl Modiadie’s recent shout-out. Local gents have not felt the love from ladies in these last few months, in fact they have often been the subject of a lot of shady comments. Pearl decided to spread the love this week by saying that “Men need love too”. Of course, men whole-heartedly agreed with her.

Pearl Modiadie took to social media to show men some love. Her post went viral on Twitter as grateful men showed their appreciation for the shout-out. Some women, however, were not too thrilled about her post. Twitter user MonaMonyane said;

“Men have ALWAYS been loved. The problem is not that they are not loved, it is that they do not know how to RECEIVE love because they struggle to FIRST love THEMSELVES. This task can NO LONGER be the woman’s responsibility. They must love themselves & each other. We. Are. Busy.”

Others joined the bandwagon and had a lot of negatives to say about the men.

Pearl Modiadie recently revealed she has a bun baking in the oven. The radio host has confirmed the murmurings but added no further details as it is against her culture to discuss pregnancy. However, sources have reported that she is at least six months pregnant by now.
