Patrice Motsepe donates R30m for flood relief
Businessman Patrice Motsepe has donated R30-million to help flood-hit KwaZulu Natal. This is one of a couple of pledges and donations that have come in to assist those affected by the devastating floods.
On Friday, government announced it would be making at least R1 billion available for emergency relief, with more to come later.
The province’s floods death toll has increased to 398. At least 264 schools across the province have been affected.
