Pastor Timothy Omotoso loses bail appeal
Pastor Timothy Omotoso’s leave to appeal his bail ruling has been denied in the Port Elizabeth High Court.
He faces almost a hundred charges, including rape and human trafficking.
The Nigerian televangelist has already been denied bail three times.
He was arrested in 2017 after allegedly trying to flee the country.
Omotoso and two of his co-accused are facing charges relating to alleged s.e.x crimes.
The two are out on bail.
Judge Phillip Zilwa says there’s no basis for Omotoso’s appeal.
