Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana briefs Parliament on Eskom

Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana is expected in Parliament. He’ll explain to the Standing Committees on Appropriations and Public Enterprises how exactly Treasury came to the decision to exempt Eskom from parts of the Public Finance Management Act.

Godongwana said this will protect the utility in international markets.
