Five officials implicated in Parliament fire report
Five officials have been implicated in a series of failures that preceded the fire that engulfed Parliament in 2022.
The findings of the report on the investigation into the blaze were made public on Wednesday.
According to Parliament Secretary, Xolile George, the fire at the precinct could have been prevented.
The report attributes the fire to a range of system failures.
