The NPA says it’s growing tired of murder accused Dumisani Mkhwanazi’s delaying tactics. His trial has been postponed again because he does not have legal representation. #PalesaMadiba #eNCA Courtesy #DStv403 pic.twitter.com/KMFkiiX56L
