Myeni deserves minimum seven years imprisonment – Outa & Saapa

Dudu Myeni

Former South African Airways Dudu Myeni deserves a minimum of over seven-years of imprisonment.

This was the argument made by advocate Carol Steinberg, who represents the Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) and the SAA Pilots’ Association (Saapa).

Outa and Saapa want the court to declare Myeni a delinquent director.

“We say that the evidence has conclusively demonstrated that Ms Myeni’s conduct was delinquent…” said Steinberg.

Steinberg added that such conduct warranted a “lifelong declaration of delinquency.”
