Parole board considers releasing Oscar Pistorius

Oscar Pistorius will soon know if he’s spending yet another Christmas behind bars.

The Parole Board will decide his fate on Friday.

Pistorius was sentenced in 2017 for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp four years previously.

In March this year, he was denied parole as he had not served half his 13-year sentence.

Now, he is eligible for parole again.

Correctional Services has declined to comment on the matter.
