Operations Manager – Scaffolding/Insulation
Permanent position based in Germiston with extensive travelling involved
Salary R1.5m per annum
Scaffolding/Insulation experience required
Engineering/QS/Commercial qualification
Minimum 5 years in a similar position
Purpose and Scope:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all Contracts, Projects and Site Operations to be carried out in an Efficient, Safe and Profitable manner and that all Company Policies, Procedures, Client Specifications and regulations are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
Cover the full Contracting function of the company.
Assist all the Site Managers and Erection personnel.
Ensure the companies assets and resources are used in an optimum manner to carry out the contracting function.
Planning, monitoring contracts in hand, in order to ensure the work is executed within budgets allowed and in accordance with the contractual programme
Implement and support LEAN development program.
Ensure Industrial relations and maintained and grievances are resolved.
Ensure sites complies with QCP’S specifications, drawings, codes, client instructions etc.
Candidate Requirements
Operations Manager experience in a construction/scaffolding environment
Engineering/QS/Commercial qualification
Minimum 5 years in a senior position
