Management of cleaning and drivers staff – All HR related matters

Manage all communications internal and external

Organising and conducting meetings

Management of cleaning chemicals in all stores

Preparing and updating of shift rosters

Monthly scorecards to be completed for stores

Weekley visits to each store

Strip and Seal twice a year

Training of staff to handle all machinery

Record Keeping

Candidate Requirements
Matric (grade 12)

Management of staff essential

Strong effective communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Driver’s licence essential

Previous experience in the cleaning industry advantages

This position reports to: Regional Operations Manager
