Company in Sebenza has a job opening for a Junior Operations Assistant.

The Junior Operations Assistant will assist the management with the daily duties on; Production, Maintenance and Event Co-ordination. The below is a summary of the job role.

Event co-ordination and service customers during events
Customer Service and Sales representation when required
Execute existing procedures for outgoing and incoming stock and track inventory for production
Manage the production work flow to ensure everything runs efficiently and report daily on production
Keep track of staffing requirements and work with management as needed
Motivate team work and ensure team is working as instructed
Keep maintenance records on equipment & vehicles
Loading vehicles and checking returns
Technically minded and is able to learn how equipment works and how to maintain or repair
Work with management to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organisations mission; specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and people management, business process and organisational planning.
Computer literate (Microsoft office)
Must have own car and reside in the Edenvale area. Drivers licence code 10 with PDP
Suited for a young individual who is technically minded and likes working with people.

This person will require the below attributes:

Has an energetic, enthusiastic & positive attitude to work
Willing to work weekends including Sundays and Public Holidays work according to a roster
Willing to hold flexible hours when required
Is able to work alone and with a team
They will be able to communicate well with customer, management and staff
Will have a good work ethic and is trust worthy
