We are seeking to recruit an Operational Manager for one of the world’s leading reinsurers company. The position is based within their Life Claims department.
The incumbent will be expected to contribute to the formulation of life strategy and contribute to business planning and processes.
The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
B.Sc in Nursing/ Physiotherapy/ Occupational Therapy essential
MBA/ MBL is preferred
5+ years in Life Claims
3+ years’ experience in a managerial position
Product development experience with sound understanding of life insurance.
