Gauteng: At 22H36 Saturday night Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N1 near New Road in Halfway House Midrand.
Medics found a truck and bakkie were involved in a collision.
On assessment one person had sadly sustained fatal injuries and another four people had sustained minor injuries. While on the scene a second collision occurred injuring three.
All patients were treated on scene before being transported by ambulance to hospital for further care.
