One dead another critical following R512 Accident

One dead and another critical following R512 Accident. At 22H12 Saturday night, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R512 between Lanseria Airport and the N14 in Randburg.

Reports from the scene indicate that two light motor vehicles were involved in a collision.

The scene was assessed by Paramedics and found that one person, an adult male had died and the female passenger had sustained serious injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle was not found on the scene. The female patient was treated on the scene and once stabilised was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.

Nadia Nakai has opened up about the battles young female hip-hop artists face in trying to get their music out there, claiming they are judged more than artists from other genres. Nadia has been doing the most to successfully break free from the “annoying” label of female hip-hop artist to become one of the most recognised MCs in the game.

But she told TshisaLIVE recently that even though she has always seen herself as a hip-hop artist equal to all other musos in the country, often the music industry does not see it that way. She said that while genres like house and pop did not make a big deal about the difference between female and male artists, hip- hop was still chained by the limitations.
