Our client, who is situated in Stellenbosch, is looking for an Office Manager to start working as soon as possible.
Responsibilities of Office Manager – order fulfillment: In-Store: Sales & Customer Relations.Stock Management.Store Visual Presentation Management (Displays).Monitor e-mail for inbound orders and inquiries:
Manage Client Online Order Requests. Manage Stockist Order Requests. Manage Corporate Order Requests. Monitor Social Media for inbound orders and enquiries.Monitor telephone line for inbound orders and enquiries. Perform the Order Fulfilment Workflow using Shopify, Tradegecko & Takealot.
Finances & Administration:
Monitor all payments received in TradeGecko from various payment channels Upload Supplier Invoices to Receipt BankKeep accurate record of Petty CashEnsure office supplies are stocked up Maintain accurate inventory system and workflows on TradeGecko.Manage Social Media and Webstore.Workshop Management.
Candidate Requirements:
Personal Skills: Candidate required to work efficiently without need for supervision. Possess high level of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy of work outputs. Maintain an extremely well-organized work environment. Possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to analyze and solve problems.Ability to work under pressure in a high paced environment.Must be a quick thinker.Ability to deal with customers & staff.System Skills: Must be computer literate on both PC & Apple devices.Knowledge of Word & Excel (PC) or Numbers & Pages (Apple).Possess the ability to read & understand Spreadsheet data. Possess the ability to adapt easily to systems & web-based programs. Maintain an extremely well-organized order fulfillment system. Previous Experience with Shopify & Takealot Portals Preferred.Fluency on mobile apps and browser-based software.
Knowledge of Social Platforms – Instagram, Twitter, Google, Facebook.Retail Skills:
Previous Retail & Procurement Experience required.Previous role in Store Management PreferredPrevious Experience in Bookkeeping & general accounting principles.Experience in customer service standards and procedures. Previous Order Fulfilment Experience Required. Previous Experience in driving sales targets.
Salary offered: R15 000 – R20 000 per month. Starting date: As soon as possible.
