Full Job Description

Currently, we are searching for an Office Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Answer phones and direct calls.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Maintain the front desk, pantry, meeting rooms and office are clean and tidy.
  • Manage the pantry stock including tissue paper, milk, tea, sugar and drinks etc.
  • Assist with maintaining office operations by providing office support duties, e.g. receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence/parcels (including internal and external); copying, binding, and filing.
  • Assist with meeting rooms set up/tidying up before/after meetings, conferences, activities and events.
  • Maintain records and follow-up files of purchases and related matters.

Requirements of this Post:

  • Matric.
  • Two to three years experience as an Office Assistant.
  • Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Ability to multitask.
