The position will require the following duties to be performed :

Gain in-depth understanding of company services (training provided)
Answering telephone
Answering basic sales queries, generating quotations, invoices and credit notes
Keeping track of invoices and outstanding payments
Basic email/domain hosting support (training provided)
Managing company electronic file structure (training provided)
Update project management system entries (training provided)
Manage meeting requests
Assist project coordinator
And other duties that support the company’s processes

Requirements

The candidate will need the following skills :
Matric (post matric qualification a plus)
General accounting knowledge (invoices/credit notes)
A great understanding of numbers and calculations
Two years of experience in office administration
Excellent PC, Microsoft Word and Excel skills (not negotiable)
Excellent understanding of using Google/internet
Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
Excellent verbal and written English communication
