There’s been a fatal shooting at the Nyanga taxi rank.
According to unconfirmed information shared with the publication, two taxi owners were killed and R5 rifle cartridges were found on the scene.
This has not been confirmed by police, but the police’s Frederick van Wyk has confirmed the shooting took place at around 1 pm on Wednesday.
“Two adult males were shot and fatally wounded. The motive for this incident forms part of the police investigation. The suspect or suspects fled the scene and are yet to be arrested.
