NPA not opposing bail for Nandipha Magudumana’s father

The National Prosecuting Authority in the Free State says it has not opposed bail for Nandipha Magudumana’s father, due to exceptional circumstances. Zolile Sekeleni has been granted bail of R10,000 and is expected back in court in mid-May.

The Free State NPA spokesperson Phaladi Shuping said, “there are exceptional circumstances. We are not opposing his bail. There are conditions attached.
