Fort Hare University honours Nosicelo Mtebeni

The University of Fort Hare has unveiled a mural in honour of murdered student Nosicelo Mtebeni.

The tribute to her is part of the institution’s Women’s Month activities.

Mtebeni’s body was found dismembered last week.
