Norma Mngoma’s arrest declared unlawful

The High Court in Pretoria has ruled that Norma Mngoma‘s arrest was unlawful. Judge Cassim Sardiwalla has ordered that all information removed from her devices be restored.

Last year her estranged husband, former Home Affairs minister Malusi Gigaba, laid charges against her for allegedly damaging a Mercedes G wagon. She was then arrested by the Hawks.
