Former Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba‘s wife Norma Gigaba has arrived at the Hatfield Magistrate Court in Tswane. She arrived with her legal team, amongst them is Adv Dali Mpofu and Adv Thembeka Ngcukaitobi.
She was arrested on Friday on charges of assault, crime injuria, and malicious damage to property. Gigaba spent a night in police cells before being released on R5 000 bail on Saturday.
It is alleged her husband is the one who opened a case against her after she allegedly damaged his Mercedes Benz G-Wagon.
