Nomzamo Mbatha’s inspirational message – Don’t silence your fears, interrogate them: Video

Speaking to Dennis Ngango, she said that she doesn’t choose to silence her fears, but instead wants to interrogate them. Just because she’s a household name, doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have fears.

And while some people say you should give those fears a warm klap, Nomzamo takes a different approach. “Why is the fear here? Does it have a place here? Why am I scared?”

She said people should not be afraid of questioning and they should face their fears head-on.
