Former minister Nomvula Mokonyane returns to #statecaptureinquiry

Former minister Nomvula Mokonyane returns to the state capture inquiry on Thursday after her first appearance last month.
Mokonyane is expected to shed more light on her relationship with Bosasa and its former CEO Gavin Watson.
On Monday her former personal assistant Sandy Thomas was questioned about testimony given by ex-Bosasa COO Angelo Agrizzi.
Agrizzi alleged Mokonyane had a corrupt relationship with Watson. He said Watson regarded Mokonyane as influential, gave her money, gifts and even sponsored security upgrades at her home.
a former PA to Agrizzi, Gina Pieters confirmed that gift hampers were sent to Mokonyane. She’s denied any wrongdoing.
