Former deputy national director of public prosecutions, Nomgcobo Jiba is heading to the Western Cape High Court. This over Justice Yvonne Mokgoro’s report.
The Mokgoro report found that Jiba was unfit to hold office. It found that her conduct showed a “lack of conscientiousness”.
In April, President Cyril Ramaphosa fired Jiba and her colleague, advocate Lawrence Mrwebi, for being “not fit and proper to hold their respective offices”.

She’s also asking for the parliamentary process against her to be stayed, pending the review application.
