LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting our client to fill a vacancy for a Night Quality Supervisor. The private hospital is based in Cape Town.
The Night Quality Supervisor will report to the Nursing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the provision of quality patient care during the night in support of the hospital and the nursing objectives of quality, growth, and people.

Effective quality management
Effective operations management
Effective relationship building with internal & external stakeholders
Required Skills
Proven Nursing Leadership experience : 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
A degree or diploma in nursing with 3 to 5 years proven leadership and management experience
Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
Relevant experience in nursing to meet the critical outputs
Proven leadership and people management skills are essential
Basic understanding of the labour legislation, financial and chain management principles
Computer proficiency
