Ngizwe Mchunu granted bail

Former radio DJ Ngizwe Mchunu has been granted bail set at R2,000 by the Randburg magistrate’s court.
Magistrate Gayle Pretorius has ruled it wouldn’t be in the interest of justice to keep him behind bars.
Mchunu is one of the people accused of instigating and urging others to commit looting and violence that spread to various areas in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal two weeks ago.
He was arrested and made his first court appearance last week.
